{"id":450,"date":"2025-09-28T15:45:53","date_gmt":"2025-09-28T13:45:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jjp-visas-consulting.com\/index.php\/talent-passport-visa-corporate-officer\/"},"modified":"2025-10-12T13:29:44","modified_gmt":"2025-10-12T11:29:44","slug":"talent-passport-visa-corporate-officer","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jjp-visas-consulting.com\/en\/home\/a-to-z-packages\/talent-passport-visa-corporate-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"Talent Passport Visa &#8211; Corporate Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Framework Overview<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must demonstrate at least 3 months of work experience as an employee or corporate officer within an establishment or a company of the same group;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will hold a mandate to act as the legal representative of the establishment or company within French territory;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your remuneration must be at least equal to 3 times the legal minimum wage in France for a full-time position (SMIC), i.e., a gross annual salary of \u20ac64,865.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A to Z Package<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h3>\n\n<p>Verification that the conditions regarding the corporate officer&#8217;s seniority, the validity of the mandate, and remuneration are met;<br\/>Opening of a bank account in France for the benefit of the corporate officer; (*)<br\/>(*)Important note: while a corporate officer&#8217;s remuneration in France can legally be paid abroad, it remains subject to taxation and social security contributions in France, and for both the credibility of the visa application and practical administrative reasons, it is strongly advised to pay the remuneration into a bank account in France.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h3>\n\n<p>Preparation of the visa application file, submission of the application on France-Visas, and scheduling an appointment for file submission.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h3>\n\n<p>Application in France for the residence permit, signing of the commitment to respect the principles of the Republic;<br\/>Assistance is available (by phone or email) during the application process phases.<\/p>\n\n<p>Price for the formalities described above: \u20ac2,000<\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-small-font-size\"><em>This fee does not include: visa fees, service fees of the provider responsible for receiving visa applications, the residence permit tax, and stamp duty.<\/em><\/pre>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>In three installments, prior to each step:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u20ac660 before Step 1 \u201cVerification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u20ac660 before Step 2 \u201cvisa application\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>The balance, \u20ac680, after obtaining the visa and before Step 3 \u201cimmigration to France.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first installment will be refunded, minus a management fee of \u20ac250 (i.e., a refund of \u20ac410).<\/p>\n\n<p>If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first installment paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP \/ Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of \u20ac330).<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant withdraws from their appeals, the second installment (660 euros) is fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected.<\/p>\n\n<p>The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP \/ Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant&#8217;s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Packages<\/h2>\n\n<p>The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the \u201cA to Z\u201d package, according to their preferences.<\/p>\n\n<p>The pricing, payment, and refund conditions are identical to
