{"id":469,"date":"2025-09-28T16:11:39","date_gmt":"2025-09-28T14:11:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jjp-visas-consulting.com\/index.php\/visa-talent-passport-artistic-and-cultural-profession\/"},"modified":"2025-10-12T13:29:40","modified_gmt":"2025-10-12T11:29:40","slug":"visa-talent-passport-artistic-and-cultural-profession","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/jjp-visas-consulting.com\/en\/home\/a-to-z-packages\/visa-talent-passport-artistic-and-cultural-profession\/","title":{"rendered":"Visa &#8211; Talent Passport &#8211; Artistic and Cultural Profession"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Framework Overview<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You are a performing artist or an author of a literary or artistic work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to demonstrate your status as an artist or author of a literary or artistic work, as well as a project in France or an employment contract in France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be able to prove in France that at least 51% of your income is derived from your activity as a performing artist or author of a literary or artistic work;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your monthly income must be at least \u20ac1,261.26.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A to Z Package<\/h2>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Verification of required conditions and eligibility of your visa application; Preparation of the file establishing your status as an artist; Drafting of the project in France (nature, purpose, and duration of the project)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparation of the file regarding resources during your stay in France<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If recruited by an employer in France: request from the employer the completed and endorsed Cerfa Form n\u00b015617*01, attesting to employment contracts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparation of the visa application file, submission of the application on France-Visas, and scheduling an appointment for file submission.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3<\/h3>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Application in France for the residence permit, signing of the commitment to respect the principles of the Republic;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance is available (by phone or email) during the application process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Price for the formalities described above: \u20ac2,000<\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted has-small-font-size\"><em>This fee does not include: visa fees, service fees of the provider responsible for receiving visa applications, the residence permit tax, and stamp duty.<\/em><\/pre>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Payment Terms<\/h2>\n\n<p>In three installments, prior to each step:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u20ac660 before Step 1 \u201cVerification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>\u20ac660 before Step 2 \u201cvisa application\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p>The balance, \u20ac680, after obtaining the visa and before Step 3 \u201cimmigration to France.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n<p>Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first installment will be refunded, minus a management fee of \u20ac250 (i.e., a refund of \u20ac410).<\/p>\n\n<p>If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first installment paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP \/ Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of \u20ac330).<\/p>\n\n<p>In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant waives their right to appeal, the second installment (\u20ac660) will be fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals process, should the applicant choose to pursue it and if said appeals are rejected. <\/p>\n\n<p>The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP \/ Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant&#8217;s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other Packages<\/h2>\n\n<p>The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the \u201cA to Z\u201d package, according to their preferences.<\/p>\n\n<p>The pricing, payment, and refund
