The multi-year “Talent” residence permit serves as a work permit.<\/p>\n\n
Authorized Duration of Stay<\/p>\n\n
The duration of stay is equal to that stated in the employment contract, up to a maximum of 4 years when the contract is concluded for a period of at least 2 years.<\/p>\n\n
Price: \u20ac2,000<\/p>\n\n
This fee does not include: visa fees, service fees of the provider responsible for receiving visa applications, the residence permit tax, and stamp duty.<\/em><\/pre>\n\nPayment Terms<\/h2>\n\n
In three installments, prior to each step:<\/p>\n\n
\u20ac660 before Step 1 \u201cVerification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents\u201d<\/p>\n\n
\u20ac660 before Step 2 \u201cvisa application\u201d<\/p>\n\n
The balance, \u20ac680, after obtaining the visa and before Step 3 \u201cimmigration to France.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n
Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first installment will be refunded, minus a management fee of \u20ac250 (i.e., a refund of \u20ac410).<\/p>\n\n
If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first installment paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP \/ Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of \u20ac330).<\/p>\n\n
In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant withdraws from their appeals, the second installment (660 euros) is fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected.<\/p>\n\n
The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP \/ Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant’s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.<\/p>\n\n

The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the \u201cA to Z\u201d package, according to their preferences.<\/p>\n\n
