Eligibility Conditions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
To obtain this visa, the applicant must satisfy several cumulative requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Hold a diploma at least equivalent to a Master’s degree OR justify at least five years of professional experience of a comparable level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Present a real and serious business creation project (commercial, artisanal, or industrial) in France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Justify an investment of at least \u20ac30,000 in the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Demonstrate that the activity will generate resources at least equal to the French minimum wage (SMIC), i.e., approximately \u20ac21,203 gross per year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Project Validation and Business Plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

- Obtaining the mandatory opinion from the relevant authorities regarding the ‘real and serious’ nature of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Step 2: Visa Application Procedure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
We manage the entire administrative phase: creation of the France-Visas file, gathering legal documents, and coordinating with the consulate for the appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Step 3: Post-arrival Formalities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
After your arrival in France, we support you in the business registration process and the application for your ‘Talent Passport’ residence permit at the prefecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pricing and Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
In three installments, prior to each step:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1,000 euros before step 1 “Verification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents”<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u20ac1,000 before step 2 \u201cvisa application\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The balance, 1,000 euros, after obtaining the visa and before step 3 “immigration to France”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Refund Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first third will be refunded, minus a management fee of \u20ac400 (i.e., a refund of \u20ac600).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first third paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP \/ Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of \u20ac500).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant withdraws from their appeals, the second installment (1,000 euros) is fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP \/ Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant’s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
