Step 1 – Academic Project and Enrollment in France
We first assist you in building and validating your study project:
- Assistance in searching for a higher education institution in France (university, school, specialized institute).
- Analysis of the consistency between your academic background, your study project, and your professional goals.
- Support for enrollment or pre-enrollment in a French institution.
Step 2 – Campus France File and Student Visa Application
The Campus France phase and the visa application are at the heart of the procedure. We help you to:
- Verify the validity of your enrollment on the “Études en France” platform and the compliance of your academic documents.
- Build your student visa application file (supporting documents, overall project consistency).
- Prepare for the Campus France interview: methodological advice, frequent questions, and practice sessions.
- Book an appointment to submit your student visa application at the relevant center.
In case of visa refusal, we can draft and justify an informal or hierarchical appeal, or prepare a motivated litigation appeal before the Commission for Appeals Against Visa Refusals (CRRV).
Step 3 – Formalities After Arrival in France
Once your visa is issued and you have arrived in France, we remain by your side:
- Assistance for the registration of the Long-Stay Visa serving as a Residence Permit (VLS-TS).
- Support for the student residence permit application when required (generally at the end of the first year).

Complementary Options Related to the Study Visa
Preparation for the Campus France Interview: Documentation + one test (€60). Additional test (€60).
Administrative Procedures in France: Social Security, CAF housing assistance, bank account. Special student rate: €100.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Installments: €830 (Step 1), €830 (Step 2), €840 (Step 3).
- No enrollment possible: refund of the first third minus €200 management fees (€630 refunded).
- Relevant alternative refused by student: 50% refund of the first third (€415 refunded).
- Visa refusal: Full refund of the second installment (€830) if appeals are waived or rejected.
- No refund in case of misconduct or project withdrawal.
