A to Z Package

Step 1

  • The study of project viability and information on the process, administrative costs, and all conditions to be met;
  • Execution of formalities to be completed prior to the visa application (Application for a temporary residence permit authorizing the exercise of a commercial, industrial, or craft activity (Form 13473*01); Opinion from the interregional foreign workforce platform (MOE); Presentation of the creation project, business plan, and multi-year provisional budget;
  • Commercial lease promise or sublease agreement or domiciliation agreement; Surety bond commitment or Certificate of credit balance…)

Step 2

  • Preparation of the visa application file, submission of the application on France-Visas, and scheduling an appointment for file submission.

Step 3

  • Application in France for the residence permit and preparation of necessary documents (domiciliation, professional registration; commitment to respect the principles of the Republic;)
  • Assistance is available (by phone or email) during the application process.

Price for the formalities described above: €3,000

This fee does not include: visa fees, service fees of the provider responsible for receiving visa applications, the residence permit tax, and stamp duty.

Payment Terms

In three installments, prior to each step:

€1,000 before step 1 “Verification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents”

€1,000 before step 2 “visa application”

The balance, €1,000, after obtaining the visa and before step 3 “immigration to France.”

Refund Policy

Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first third will be refunded, minus a management fee of €400 (i.e., a refund of €600).

If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first third paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP / Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of €500).

In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant withdraws from their appeals, the second installment (1,000 euros) is fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected.

The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP / Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant’s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.

Other Packages

The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the “A to Z” package, according to their preferences.

The pricing, payment, and refund conditions are identical to those detailed above.

Note: The applicant may also opt, according to their preferences, for the basic advice or assistance provided for long-stay visas, thereby reducing costs.
