The ‘Talent Passport – Corporate Officer’ visa is designed for individuals appointed as legal representatives (Manager, Chairman, CEO, etc.) of a company established in France. This scheme is specifically tailored to facilitate the installation of foreign leaders who will steer the development of French entities within an international group or as part of a new investment.

To qualify for this specific residence permit, the applicant must meet the following criteria:
- Appointment: Be appointed as a corporate officer in a company established in France (Manager in a SARL, Chairman or CEO in a SAS/SA, etc.).
- Seniority: Justify at least three months of seniority as an employee or corporate officer in a company belonging to the same group.
- Remuneration: Receive gross annual remuneration equal to or greater than three times the French minimum wage (SMIC), which is approximately €63,567.40 as of the current reference.

- Verification of seniority: Evidence of your 3-month tenure within the group (pay slips, employment contract).
- Remuneration compliance: Verification that the salary meets the regulatory threshold (3x SMIC).
- Corporate documents: The company’s latest Kbis and documents proving the capital links between the group’s entities.
- Explanatory letter: Drafting a detailed letter outlining your role and the specific objectives of your mission in France.
- Preparation of Cerfa forms and all required administrative annexes.
