Talent Passport Visa – Employee on Assignment

Framework Overview

The « Talent – Employee on Assignment » residence permit is issued to an employee hired under a French employment contract by a French company, during an intra-group transfer.

The visa issued is a « Talent – Skilled Employee » visa.

The « Talent – Skilled Employee » residence permit, issued to employees on assignment, valid for the duration of the assignment (and up to 4 years) and renewable, constitutes a work authorization for the assignment in France, justifying intra-group mobility.

Payment Terms

In three installments, prior to each step:

€660 before Step 1 “Verification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents”

€660 before Step 2 “visa application”

The balance, €680, after obtaining the visa and before Step 3 “immigration to France.”

Refund Policy

Should the applicant not meet the conditions, the first third will be refunded, deducting a management fee of 300 euros (i.e., a refund of 360 euros).

If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first installment paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP / Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of €330).

In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant waives their right to appeal, the second third (660 euros) is fully refunded. The second third will also be refunded after the appeals process, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected.

The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP / Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant’s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.

Other Packages

The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the “A to Z” package, according to their preferences.

The pricing, payment, and refund conditions are identical to those detailed above.

Note: The applicant may also opt, according to their preferences, for the basic advice or assistance provided for standard long-stay visas and thus reduce costs.
