This scheme is intended for performing artists and authors of literary or artistic works wishing to develop their activity in France within a professional and structured framework.
Eligibility Conditions
To be admissible, the project must meet several cumulative conditions:
- Justify the status of performing artist or author of a literary or artistic work.
- Present a professional project in France or, if applicable, an employment contract concluded with an employer established on French territory.
- Demonstrate that the income received in France comes mainly (at least 51%) from the artistic or creative activity.
- Have sufficient monthly resources for the duration of the stay, of an amount at least equal to €1,261.26.
The assessment of the serious and coherent nature of the artistic project constitutes a central element of the application review.

To assist you in obtaining this visa, we have implemented an A to Z formula for our clients. This formula is divided into several strategic steps.
Step 1: Career analysis and file structuring
The objective of this stage is to verify the admissibility of your project and to prepare a complete application. This includes:
- Verification of the regulatory conditions of the ‘Artistic and Cultural Profession’ Talent Passport.
- Strategic analysis of the artistic project and its coherence with the French cultural landscape.
- Assistance in gathering administrative and artistic proofs (portfolio, press reviews, certificates, etc.).
- Verification of financial conditions and income sources (the 51% rule).
Step 2: Visa application
We handle the assembly of the complete file, entry on the official France-Visas platform, and scheduling the appointment at the visa center. We ensure the consistency between the artistic project and the supporting documents provided.
Step 3: Formalities after arrival in France
Once you have obtained your visa and arrived in France, we continue to assist you with:
- Application for the official residence permit.
- Preparation of settlement documents (proof of residence, etc.).
- Signing the commitment to respect the principles of the Republic.
Throughout the process, we provide support via telephone and email.
Pricing and Refund Policy
A to Z Package: €2,000 (Excl. Tax)
The fee includes: initial consultation on project positioning, organization of supporting documents, preparation of the visa application file, and follow-up until the residence card is obtained.
The fee does not include: visa fees, service provider fees (VFS, TLS), and residence permit taxes/stamps.
Refund Policy
- Inability to proceed due to objective conditions: After deducting €250 in management fees, the first installment is refunded (€410 refunded).
- If other alternative solutions are proposed but refused by the applicant: 50% of the first installment is refunded (€330).
- Visa refusal: If the applicant waives the appeal, the second installment is fully refunded (€660). If an appeal is filed but rejected, the second installment is also fully refunded.
- No refund of the third installment is provided in case of failure by the applicant (concealment of key elements, withdrawal, or renunciation of the stay).
