Visa for “Posted Employees” and “Intra-group Mobility”

Framework Overview

3– B – Visa for “Posted Employees” and “Intra-group Mobility”

The multi-year residence permit “Posted Employee ICT” (“Intra-Corporate Transfer”) is issued to employees posted to France as part of intra-group mobility (the employee remains under contract with their original company).
The “Talent – Employee on Assignment” residence permit is issued to employees hired under a French employment contract by the French company during an intra-group transfer.
Employees are sent to France to carry out a temporary assignment, as part of a service provision, intra-group mobility, or for the employer’s own account.

3– B – 2 – Posting or Recruitment by a French Company Belonging to the Same International Group of Companies

Your situation:
You have been employed for at least 3 months in a company belonging to an international group of companies. Your employer asks you to carry out an expert assignment or training in a French company or establishment of the same group.

3-B-3 – Intra-group Mobility – ICT (Intra-Corporate Transfer) – to carry out a senior management assignment or high-level expertise or undertake an internship

Your situation:
You have been employed for at least 6 months by a company belonging to an international group of companies.
You hold senior management positions and your employer asks you to carry out a management or high-level expert assignment.

Payment Terms

In three installments, prior to each step:

€660 before Step 1 “Verification of conditions and compilation of necessary documents”

€660 before Step 2 “visa application”

The balance, €680, after obtaining the visa and before Step 3 “immigration to France.”

Refund Policy

Should the applicant be unable to meet the conditions, the first installment will be refunded, minus a management fee of €250 (i.e., a refund of €410).

If the applicant does not meet the regulatory conditions and if a relevant alternative to the applied visa has been proposed but declined, the first installment paid will be refunded, minus a 50% compensation for JJP / Visas Consulting (i.e., a refund of €330).

In case of refusal of the requested visa, and if the applicant withdraws from their appeals, the second installment (660 euros) is fully refunded. It will also be refunded after the appeals, if the applicant wishes to pursue them and if said appeals are rejected.

The highly improbable scenario of rejection of admission to France or registration of the long-stay visa by the authorities, which could only result from the concealment of a serious matter, or because the applicant failed to enable JJP / Visas Consulting to proceed with their registration on the ANEF website within the required deadlines (by not providing the necessary supporting documents), or simply due to the applicant’s withdrawal from coming to France, or their renunciation of staying in France, means that the refund of the third installment is therefore not provided for.

Other Packages

The applicant may opt for only one or two of the three steps of the “A to Z” package, according to their preferences.

The pricing, payment, and refund conditions are identical to those detailed above.

Note: The applicant may also opt, according to their preferences, for the basic advice or assistance provided for long-stay visas, thereby reducing costs.
