The first scheme targets employees who remain bound by an employment contract with the company established abroad. The ‘Talent’ scheme generally implies a local contract with the French host entity.

  • First installment: €660 (payable before project analysis).
  • Second installment: €660 (payable before visa application).
  • Third installment: €680 (payable after visa issuance).

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided as follows:

  • If no legal solution is viable: refund of the first installment minus €330 management fee.
  • In case of visa refusal: full refund of the second installment (€660) if appeals are waived or rejected.
  • No refund of the third installment in case of candidate misconduct or withdrawal.
